Terms of service
These terms govern your use of flowz.studio and any purchase or service offered through it. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
1. General
The site is operated by EKINSOL BV, trading as Flowz.Studio.

By using the site you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or guardian has given you permission to make a purchase.
2. Products and materials
Our products are made with care, often from natural materials such as linden wood. Wood reacts to moisture, temperature and light, so small variations in colour, texture or finish can occur. Those natural differences make each piece its own and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Orders and payments
When you place an order you receive a confirmation by email. An order is only final once we have received payment. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the details are incomplete, if there is a problem with the payment, or if we suspect abuse.
4. Shipping and delivery
Every order is made after you place it and leaves the atelier 2 to 4 working days after payment. Delivery on top of that takes 1 to 2 working days inside Belgium and 3 to 6 to the rest of Europe. We ship within Europe, and the shipping costs are set out on the shipping and returns page and shown at checkout. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you receive a track and trace link.
5. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To use this right, contact us. Two things to note:
- personalised or made-to-order products, such as a magnet with a name, logo, photo or specific dimensions, cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect
- the cost of the return shipment is for the customer, except when the error is ours
6. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item turns out to be defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. The warranty does not apply in the case of:
- incorrect use, or damage from dropping, moisture or heat
- modifications to the product
- normal ageing, or the natural movement of materials such as wood
7. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, logos and texts on this website are the property of Flowz.Studio by EKINSOL BV or of their respective rights holders. Copying, using or distributing them without written permission is not allowed.
8. Liability
Flowz.Studio is not liable for:
- damage resulting from incorrect use of products
- colour or material tolerances inherent to natural materials such as wood
- delays at carriers or other third parties
Our liability is in any event limited to the value of the product ordered.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in line with our privacy policy. We use your data only to process orders and to improve our services.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of the registered office of EKINSOL BV has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
