What we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the site.
Data you give us directly
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:
- your name, address, phone number and email address
- your billing and shipping address
- payment confirmation, never your full payment details, which only ever reach our payment processor
- order details such as the products, the date and the total
- any message you send us by email or through a contact form
- photos or files you upload for a personalised order
Cookies and browser storage
The shop uses the following storage, and with your permission, analytics:
- necessary cookies for your language, basket and sign-in
- browser storage for saved designs and editing items in your basket
- with your permission, analytics that measure how the shop is used, see below
We remember your cookie choice for 180 days. You can change or withdraw your permission for analytics at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of any shop page. Necessary storage remains available so you can shop. We do not use advertising cookies.
Our fonts are hosted on this website. Displaying text does not send a request to Google.
Analytics
With your permission, the following processors measure how the shop is used:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) act as processors on our behalf, under our instructions
- they record pages visited, clicks and scrolling, adding to the basket, starting checkout and the amount of a purchase; Clarity also makes session recordings and heatmaps, with form fields, photos and personal details masked
- Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address; its event data is kept for 2 months, and its _ga cookie for 180 days
- Clarity keeps session recordings for up to 30 days and aggregated data for up to 13 months; its _clck cookie lasts up to 1 year and its _clsk cookie 1 day
- data can be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
- you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or by deleting these cookies in your browser
What we use it for
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- processing orders, so we can confirm and ship them and keep you posted on the status
- customer service, so we can answer questions or sort out a problem
- legal obligations under tax, accounting or consumer law
- marketing, but only when you have given consent
- security, to prevent fraud or abuse of the site
We never sell your data to third parties.
Who else sees it
We share your data only with the partners who help us deliver our services:
- payment processors, for secure payments
- shipping partners, for delivering orders
- Google and Microsoft, our analytics partners, but only when you give consent
Security and how long we keep it
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. Photos you upload for a personalised product are stored privately, used only to make your order, and deleted automatically at the latest 180 days after upload.
