Magnet sets
Our magnet sets are decorative magnets for a fridge, a whiteboard or a magnetic board. Each magnet is a 2 mm piece of linden wood with a 10 mm neodymium disc magnet fixed with an adhesive layer on the back. Neodymium magnets are small and strong: small parts, choking hazard. Two swallowed magnets can attract each other through the intestinal wall and cause serious internal injury. Not suitable for children under 3 years; keep the magnets out of reach of children. If a magnet is swallowed or inhaled, seek medical help immediately, do not wait. Keep magnets away from pacemakers and other medical implants, and from bank cards and magnetically sensitive devices. Stop using a magnet whose disc has come loose or is damaged and email us at [email protected]; we repair, replace or refund it, depending on the case. Keychains
Our keychains are 3 mm linden wood, printed on both sides and laser cut, with a metal carabiner clip and ring. They contain no magnets. Small parts, choking hazard: not suitable for children under 3 years, keep out of reach of children; a keychain is an accessory and not meant to be played with. Wood is a natural material: keep the keychain dry and stop using it if it cracks or splinters or if the ring opens; email us at [email protected] and we repair, replace or refund it, depending on the case. Gift boxes and storage boxes
Our boxes are 3D printed in PETG, box and lid. The lid closes with small neodymium magnets (5 x 2 mm, N52, nickel plated) press-fitted into recesses in the printed lid, without glue. The box is meant to store magnets or small keepsakes; it is not meant to be played with. Small parts, choking hazard: not suitable for children under 3 years, keep out of reach of children. The magnets are small and strong: swallowed or inhaled magnets can cause serious internal injury; seek medical help immediately, do not wait. Keep away from pacemakers and other medical implants. Photo on wood
A photo on wood is your own photo printed on linden wood, delivered with a 3D printed PETG stand. It is a decorative panel for a shelf, desk or wall; it contains no magnets and no loose small parts. Wood is a natural material: keep the panel dry, out of direct sun and away from heat sources; the stand can deform with heat. Stop using a panel or stand that cracks or splinters and email us at [email protected]; we repair, replace or refund it, depending on the case. Single magnets
Same as for magnet sets: a single magnet is one 2 mm linden wood piece with a 10 mm neodymium disc magnet fixed with an adhesive layer. See the magnet set information above; every sentence applies to a single magnet as well.
Reporting a problem
Suspect that someone swallowed or inhaled a magnet? Seek medical help immediately; do not wait for our reply. Something wrong with a product (a loose magnet, a crack, a part that came off)? Email [email protected]; your order number and a photo help us, if you have them. We reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted) and repair, replace, refund or take back the product, depending on the case. If a product turns out to be dangerous we inform customers and the Belgian authorities (FPS Economy) and take it off the market.
