Payment
Nothing goes into production before a payment comes through, because everything here is made to order. Once it does, your order is final and we start on it.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, all handled by Stripe. The methods available to you show at checkout.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless it says otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout and depends on where your order goes, see shipping and returns.
When does my order become final?
When we receive your payment. You get a confirmation by email at that point, and we start making it.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payments run through our payment processor, and all we ever get back is the confirmation that the payment went through.
What you pay
Prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout, so the total you see there is the total you pay.
How a payment is handled
Our payment processor handles the transaction. Your full payment details never reach us: we only receive the confirmation, the order details and the address the parcel has to go to. What happens with the rest of your data is set out in our privacy policy.
When we refuse an order
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the details are incomplete, if the payment runs into problems, or if we suspect abuse. If that happens to your order, you hear it from us.
